You Were Designed For More

Dear Friend,

My first husband worked in construction. He’d slave away at work every day and then come home exhausted, eat dinner, go to bed, then turn around and do it all over again.

Day in and day out.

This kind of grind affected me tremendously because I was also expected to keep up and take care of everything else while also working a full time job.

I was a very burnt out Projector living a Manifesting Generator life.

I would beg to go on vacations, trips to visit family, a break, and sometimes just a nap.

He would tell me that we can do all that stuff when we retire.

Seeing the world and traveling was not a priority for him.

I had such a deep longing for a different kind of life.

“Don’t you ever feel like you were meant for more?” I asked him one day.

He looked at me as if I had 3 heads and said a very flat “No.”

I was shocked and I knew in that moment that I could no longer stay.

I knew deep down in my bones that I was meant for more in this life. That working myself to death in a job that wasn’t great and just gave me a paycheck was not all there was to life.

But I didn’t know what “that” looked like. I didn’t know what it was.

All I knew at that point is that my body was starting to sense energy at a completely different level and my heart was crying for more.

I had to follow it.

I had to find out what this “more” feeling was all about.

This was the beginning of my quest to discover what it meant to live your potential.

Once I left the life that wasn’t for me, it led me down the path of healing and that then brought me to Human Design.

Then all of my struggles and desires for more finally made sense.

And I’m here to tell you there really is more to life.

It’s full of richness and wonder, aliveness and joy.

The Harmonic Chronicles is my way of sharing all of the lessons I’ve learned along the way and how you too can implement them in your life to become the potential that you came here to be.

Human Design is just one of the ways that is the key to it all.
